Terms of sale

Plain-language terms for buying an audit or monitoring. A lawyer should review these before the first live charge.

What you buy

A fixed-scope diagnostic report as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase, delivered as a PDF and an online dashboard, or a monthly monitoring subscription that repeats the same method. Scope, engine list, question count and delivery time are those shown at checkout.

What we do not promise

We do not control answer engines and make no promise that your brand will appear, be cited, or be described accurately after you act on the report. Reports are baseline samples of what engines said during the run window; counts are counts in that sample. Impact ratings are hypotheses.

Delivery

The delivery window (48 hours for the Audit, four business days for the Pro Audit) starts when your intake is complete. If an engine is unavailable, we deliver with the remaining engines and say so in the report, or offer a partial refund proportionate to the missing engine.

Refunds

Your inputs

You confirm you may have the website audited and that the reference facts you provide are accurate. We may decline or pause an audit of a site that is unlawful, that is not yours, or that cannot produce a useful report.

Support

By email at hello@getcitesense.com, answered within one business day. We do not offer calls. Replies may be drafted with automated assistance and are reviewed by a person when they concern refunds, disputes or errors.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you take based on the report.

Seller and law

Seller details, VAT treatment and governing law (Estonia) are shown on your invoice. Prices on the site exclude VAT; VAT is applied at checkout according to your billing country and VAT number.
